We typically wrap up the core alignment in 2–3 weeks. During the first week, we conduct interviews and review your existing metrics. The second week is for reconciling conflicting definitions, holding a short alignment workshop, and delivering a final "Metrics Handbook." If minor refinements are needed, we reserve a third week.
We recommend starting with the 5–10 most critical metrics that cause the most confusion or affect strategic decisions. If you have additional metrics beyond that, we can either handle them in a Phase 2 or expand the initial scope as needed—whatever suits your timeline and budget.
